No. Smashr is flat monthly pricing — no per-booking fees, no per-member fees, no per-payment surcharges. Smashr doesn’t process card payments from your members; your club continues using whatever payment methods you already accept (cash, e-transfer, your own card terminal). The only payment Smashr processes is your own monthly subscription fee.
Yes. Members get their own login on your club subdomain (e.g. yourclub.smashr.club). They see real-time court availability and book directly. Staff see every booking in one visual scheduler, so double-bookings are impossible.
For tracking and back-office work, yes — for card processing, no. Smashr records cash, e-transfer, and card payments your club has received, generates PDF invoices, tracks outstanding balances, and manages pro-shop inventory for paddles, strings, shuttles, and merch. Smashr doesn’t process the card swipe itself — you keep using your existing card terminal or processor for that.
Define membership types — individual, group, token-based, drop-in, booking-only — with their own price, validity period, and time-of-day access windows (e.g. weekday daytime only). Smashr tracks each membership’s status and expiry, and auto-expires lapsed memberships via a daily cron job. Each member has a running balance and check-in history on their profile.
